These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MedRegis Help Center website located at www.helpme.medregis.com (“Help Center”). By accessing or using the Help Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
- Purpose
The Help Center is provided solely for informational and training purposes related to the MedRegisEHR system. It is not intended to provide medical advice and must not be relied upon as such.
- Ownership of Content
Unless otherwise indicated, all materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and downloadable documents, are the exclusive property of MedRegis Inc. (“MedRegis”).
Certain content may be owned by third parties and is used under license or with permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
- Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:
- View, download, and print materials solely for personal or internal clinic training purposes.
You may not:
- Share any content outside your clinic, including with third parties or competitors, without prior written consent.
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or republish any content in any medium.
- Record, capture, or re-upload any video content without authorization.
- User Conduct
Interactive features may be provided. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading. MedRegis reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion.
- No Warranties
MedRegis makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Help Center or its content. All content is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedRegis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Help Center.
- Termination of Access
MedRegis reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Help Center at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
