Clinic Settings
Only users who are assigned Clinic Admin Plus will see Clinic Settings.
This section consists of:
- The Clinic's logo
- Mandatory two-factor authentication
- Default Appointment Duration
- Units of Measurement
- Timezone

Clinic Addresses
Here is where you can edit your clinic address.
- The main location is the first location
- All other locations will be considered branches.

Appointment Bookings URL
- This URL can be shared on your social media pages, website, or WhatsApp, or directly with your patients so they can book appointments.
- Appointments can only be booked by registered patients

Notification Settings (Stock Notifications)
Set which users will receive low stock notifications.

Pricing Items Settings
You can select which dropdowns you only want to see the items that have been priced. This will only affect the section in brackets, e.g., Objective or Plan.
- Administered Medications (Plan)
- Labs and Imagings (Objective)
- Procedures (Plan)
- Immunizations (Plan)

Social History Questions
- These questions will appear on your patient’s profiles in the Social History section when creating or editing a patient profile.
- Deselected items will now show on the patient’s profile
- In the Custom Questions section, you can create your questions and delete unwanted questions
- To create a Custom question, enter the question in the ‘Question text’ textbox and select ‘+Add new question’
- To make the question you just created active, select the Active checkbox.
