Which Users Must Create a Profile for Complete Access

To view all categories and articles within the Help Center, users must have a profile. Profiles ensure that users can securely access the full range of content relevant to their role.

The following users are required to create a profile:

Clinical Staff

• Doctors

• Nurse Practitioners

• Nurses

• Pharmacists

• Diagnostic Specialists

Non-Clinical Staff

• Administrative Staff

• Billing Staff

If you fall into one of these groups, you will need to sign in with your profile to access all categories and articles.

Patients and general visitors do not require a profile and can view only the publicly available resources.
