Creating Post Visit Instructions (Profile Dropdown)
- Select Instructions Templates from your profile dropdown in the top right hand corner.
- Click the ‘+ New template’ button
- Enter the template's name on this new page.
- Create the Template in the provided textbox.
- You can also create tables in this textbox.
- In the Subject section, select either Diagnosis or Procedure to add tags to the template
- Set the Department you want to assign it to and Save.
- By default, it is set to All Departments.
- This takes the user back to the Instructions Templates page, and the template is seen in the table with the status Pending.

Approving a Template (Clinic Admin and Admin Plus)
- A Clinic Admin or Clinic Admin Plus can approve the template by selecting the edit icon to the right of the template they want to approve in the table.
- Select the Approve button
- This will take you back to the Instructions Templates page, where the template is listed in the table with the status Approved.

Using Post Visit Instructions (Consultation Notes)
- Any Diagnoses (Assessment Extras) and Procedures (Plan) saved in the Consultation Notes will automatically show related Post-Visit Instructions with those specific diagnoses or procedure tags in the Search area for quick selection. You can select them or search for others by the name under which they were created.
- If you did not save any Post Visit Instructions with a specific Diagnosis or Procedures, or do not want to use the auto-select options, you can still search for a Post Visit Template by name.
