Appointment Comments

Usually, Appointment Comments are entered by the front desk and appear here and on the Appointment Card on the Check-In page. Appointment Comments are generally what the front desk staff observe, and in cases where they have taken specific vital sign information. As front desk staff cannot type medical information into the patient note, they can include any vitals they record here for the doctor or nurse to enter.
